“The night’s televised main card features four opening-round tournament fights, and four additional bouts – including one with Chicago-area fighter and MMA veteran Jeff Curran – comprise the un-aired preliminary card.

Curran (31-12-1 MMA, 0-0 BFC), who’s a veteran of organizations such as the UFC, PRIDE and Strikeforce, originally was slated to fight Joe Doherty (8-3 MMA, 0-0 BFC). Instead, he now meets Bryan Goldsby (15-6 MMA, 0-0 BFC), who found his way to Bellator after impressing officials in an open tryout.

The fight serves as the “Local Feature Fight Card’s” main event.

In women’s action, Felice Herrig (2-2 MMA, 0-0 BFC), a Chicago-based fighter and “Fight Girls” contestant, meets six-time boxing champion Jessica Rakoczy (0-1 MMA, 0-0 BFC). Herrig originally was slated to meet Mauy Thai fighter Catia Vitoria.”
